• Our digital membership plan allows you to do all of your visits entirely online. This plan is best if you have persistent symptoms, a diagnosed condition, or are interested in developing a long term relationship with your care team over the course of a full year. Complete care includes 5 doctor’s visits, 5 health coaching visits, analysis of personalized lab testing (heart health, heavy metals, allergens, hormones, inflammation, nutrient and immune analyses, toxicity), and unlimited online messaging with your care team. Messaging can be especially helpful if you want continued support or for a prescription refill. Some of the various conditions that our members seek treatment for include allergies, anxiety, autoimmunity, digestive and gastrointestinal issues, fatigue, headaches, hormonal imbalance, infertility, insomnia, skin conditions, and weight loss.

• What’s Not Included: 

  • Cost of laboratory tests. Many tests are covered partially or fully by insurance. However, some may require a co-pay or may not be covered at all.

  • Healthcare services in excess of those specified above, whether provided by Ogiso SkyCare or others.

  • Non-medical services recommended but provided by others, such as acupuncture

  • Medications (prescription and over-the-counter) and supplements.
